Professional background: Sofie Ejlersen has over 12 years of experience at Bain & Company, working closely with C-suite executives on strategy, performance improvement, organizational design, transformational change, and M&A. Most recently, as a Strategic Advisor at Better Collective, she spearheaded initiatives to redefine the company’s strategic direction and operating model.
