Do you want to contribute to the continued development and growth of the leading social network for sports betting? We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to structure and drive software development.
As Senior Project Manager in Better Collective’s Product Development department, you will make sure that our projects deliver continuous value to our users, both internal and external. This position requires the vision of a Product Owner coupled with enough technical understanding to prioritize the development workflow.
You will be a key part in moving the company’s various products to our envisioned micro-services architecture which aims at consolidating our value-adding services into separate APIs.
You will work with our development team in Copenhagen as well as with developers based in Serbia and Poland. Some traveling is therefore to be expected from time to time although the vast majority of the work can be handled online.
We prefer face to face communication whenever possible, but you can also expect to use Jira, Slack and Google Hangout a lot in your daily routine.
Maintain and improve our project management processes.
Manage schedules and meetings.
Communicate goals, priorities, deadlines etc to stakeholders.
Systematically involve internal and external stakeholders.
You have experience in project managing web and software development using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
You have a positive attitude that helps everyone perform better and faster.
You are a strong communicator of everything from high level goals to small details.
You are a strong meeting leader.
You are highly structured and never forget a task.
You are able to break down complex problems into (simple) steps.
You are able to flag risks and communicate them confidently.
